Charles & Keith

Charles & Keith, a home-grown Singapore brand for high street fashion shoes and accessories have enjoyed international success since it was launched in 1996. Today, Charles and Keith outlets are present in 33 countries across Asia, Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Charles & Keith uses its influence in the fashion industry to encourage ethical behaviour among their employees and customers. Since 2007, the brand has committed its support to pertinent social causes by leading fundraising initiatives and awareness campaigns in partnership with NGOs in communities they operate in, including UN Women Singapore.

Our Collaboration

Shop for a Cause

In 2007, its first year of launching a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, Charles & Keith rallied a fundraising drive for (then) UNIFEM Singapore through the sale of special edition felt tote bags. The campaign, dubbed 'TOTE-ALLY FOR A GOOD CAUSE', introduced women's cause to thousands of Charles & Keith's customers through collaterals disseminated in their outlets.

The second collaboration with UNIFEM was held in conjunction with World's Aids Day of 2009 where we launched exquisite satin-trimmed tote, designed and hand made in Cambodia by the Positive Women of Hope Organization, PWHO. All the proceeds from the sale of these bags went toward Cambodian Community of Women Living with HIV/AIDS (CCW), to promote a better livelihood for the Cambodian women with HIV/AIDS.

In the same year, Charles & Keith started another fundraising drive through the sales of its limited edition bracelet, Cheris, to benefit UNIFEM Singapore's public education initiatives on ending violence against women.

During the festive season of 2011, Charles & Keith launched an exclusive range of two-tone tote bags in support of UN Women Singapore. Specially-designed in collaboration with Singapore President's campaign team, these hand bags were chic on the outside and environmentally-friendly on the inside. Charles & Keith gave a second life to vinyl street banners used during President Tony Tan's election campaign by upcycling the banners as interior of the bags.

Charles & Keith also made UN Women Singapore merchandise available on their online shopping portal in the celebratory month of International Women's day of 2012.
