Our Collaboration

Project Inspire : 5 minutes to Change The World

Launched in 2011 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of International Women's Day and the 25th anniversary of MasterCard in Asia/Pacific, Middle East and Africa, Project Inspire presents 18-35 year olds with a 5-minute platform to pitch their inspired idea to the world and win a US $25,000 grant to make their idea a reality.

Their idea, to be submitted in the form of a 5-minute video or written pitch, had to showcase creativity and demonstrate sustainable impact in the lives of women and girls in disadvantaged communities in Asia/Pacific, Middle East and Africa through education, skills training, financial inclusion or social entrepreneurship.

As knowledge partner of Project Inspire, a senior level representative from Bain & Company sits in the competition's judging panel which comprises of international leaders from business, academic and non-profit sectors.

A group of executives from Bain & Company have also conducted business presentation workshops and coached Project Inspire finalists to prepare for their live pitch presentation.
