COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST - Full-Time Role

The role requires the implementation of digital marketing activities that support Singapore Committee for UN Women’s initiatives to create awareness and fundraise for local initiatives and regional beneficiaries. In addition, the role involves a high degree of public and media relations, art direction and events management.

 VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS - Full-Time Internship

The intern will assist the Communications Manager to conceptualise and execute ideas on Fundraising, Public Education and General Communications. In addition, the role will involve a high degree of conceptualizing, designing and producing key marketing collateral for events and campaigns.

YOUTH AND PUBLIC INITIATIVES - Full-Time Internship

The internship position will assist the programme manager to engage the community with unique, fun and interesting activities related to getting more girls to pursue careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) while simultaneously fulfilling UN Women’s mandate of public awareness and fundraising in the country and furthering brand recognition in the region.

SOCIAL INITIATIVE INTERNS - Full-Time Internship

The intern will assist the Programme Manager in managing two social entrepreneurship initiatives targeted at youth locally and globally. The intern will be tasked to plan, organize and execute the initiatives, and manage partnership and sponsorship relations. He/she will also carry out a year-long digital campaign, data compilation, and research, to promote women’s economic empowerment in support of the initiatives.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Full-Time Internship

The intern will report to HR and Admin Officer and Executive Director. Under the guidance of the HR and Admin officer, she or he will be working in a face-paced environment and be responsible (but not limited) to cashiering duties (once a month), on-going secretarial and administration duties, IT and office management and human resources.
