The Singapore Committee for UN Women, in collaboration with Hom Yoga bring you Open your Heart Space with Merdin Yeoh as part of our 16 Days of Activism. Join Merdin as she guides you through a slow and meditative backbend flow, connecting to your Anahata chakra. The Anahata chakra, also known as heart chakra is the fourth energy center in the body and is associated with feelings of love and peace.

The physical heart is also our strongest muscle and just like any muscle, the heart grows stronger with use.

So let the practice strengthen your heart and find new capacity to love.
