Work is being done worldwide to build the pipeline of girls in STEM, but what about those already in the mix? Studies found that the ratio of female to male researchers in STEM is 7 to 20 and women in STEM fields are more likely to leave their jobs than women in other fields. Where are the loopholes that result in companies failing to retain women in STEM fields?

On 17 August, join us for a discussion on how to increase the retention of women in STEM and hear from industry leaders on what's worked for them in creating more conducive work environments to hire and retain more female STEM talent.
